The valves shall be provided with an electrical circuit which ensures the
limits of the harmonised standards EN 61000-6-3 and EN 61000-6-1 are
observed, and hence the requirements of the Electromagnetic
Compatibility Guideline (2004/108/EG) satisfield.
真空電磁閥是安裝在機械式真空泵上的閥門。
閥門與泵接在同電源上，泵的開啟與停止直接控制了閥的開啟與關(guān)閉。
當(dāng)泵停止工作或電源突然中斷時，閥能自動將真空系統(tǒng)封閉，并將大氣通過泵的進氣口充入泵腔，
避免泵油返流污染真空系統(tǒng)。真空電磁閥適用的工作介質(zhì)為空氣及非腐蝕性氣體。
